About the Role
KBR is hiring a Bounty Hunter Instructor to conduct mission qualification training for Guardians at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The position is on‑site and focuses on operating and teaching the Bounty Hunter and Counter‑Communications System weapon platforms. The instructor will lead classroom sessions, create and maintain training products, and manage logistical aspects such as student coordination and room scheduling. They will also assess system performance, suggest upgrades, and ensure training content remains current through collaboration with internal and external partners. • Deliver classroom instruction using ISD/ADDIE methodologies. • Develop and review training materials such as lesson plans, scripts, and visual aids. • Coordinate student enrollment, resources, and classroom scheduling. • Recommend system upgrades and improvements. • Liaise with internal and external agencies to keep training programs current. • Work with training managers and government personnel to align instructional activities. • Prepare high‑quality lesson plans and briefings using Microsoft Office.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance, which is limited to U.S. citizens, and bring at least three years of instructional experience, preferably using the ADDIE or ISD framework. Experience with Bounty Hunter, Counter‑Communications System, or comparable weapon systems and a solid understanding of operational‑level command and control are required. Strong communication, public speaking, and multitasking abilities, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, are essential. • Hold an active TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizen required). • Provide at least 3 years of instructor experience with weapon system training. • Possess operational-level command and control knowledge. • Ability to work swing shifts and operate in a secure SCIF environment. • Demonstrate strong oral, written, and public speaking skills. • Desired experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) systems.

The role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 for Colorado, with potential bonuses, sign‑on incentives, and relocation assistance.
