Job Highlights
About the Role
• Resolve complex cross‑functional system issues • Provide SME support across applications, hardware, and network integration • Deliver quality analysis throughout the system lifecycle • Support cybersecurity accreditation, ATC/ATO, audits, and remediation • Develop high‑level designs for DIE security, monitoring, email, and UC solutions • Design and develop network requirements, evaluate solutions, lead integration, and resolve support deficiencies (Networking Engineer) • Lead systems/infrastructure solution design and selection, advise direction, and mediate across stakeholders (Infrastructure Engineer) • Lead application lifecycle design, evaluate vendor products, and support implementation and technical resolution (Applications Engineer) • Deliver engineering structures and lifecycle reports; design backup/storage security, integration, and performance solutions (Software Engineer – Commvault) • Define SharePoint refresh requirements, provide evaluation reports, build monitoring guide, and deliver As‑Built/As‑Configured template (SharePoint Engineer) • Contribute to governance structures, methodologies, and compliance; design solutions considering swap, security, and performance (General Engineer) • Maintain current and future architecture models, assess architectures, security, and solutions with chief engineer and principal architect (Technical Assurance Engineer) • Deliver system‑design artefact pack (architecture, integration, performance), review minutes, baseline logs, and governance plan (Systems Engineer) • Produce architecture design pack (data, security, integration, performance) for CJC16 systems, compliance reports, and integration review artefacts (Systems Architect) • Conduct engineering‑to‑training gap analysis and create learning management integration pack capturing system changes (Engineering Assurance & Training Officer)
