About the Role
The Junior Proposals Coordinator/Designer supports pursuit teams through capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation, while also managing the Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire process and ensuring timely delivery of responses. The role contributes to the visual design of proposals and presentations, maintains client and industry data, and assists in business‑development systems and client‑plan initiatives. • Support capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation for pursuit teams. • Manage the Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire process, gathering information and drafting responses. • Design layout and visual elements of proposals and presentation materials in line with brand guidelines. • Maintain client and industry data, track solicitation status, and support business‑development systems. • Assist in creating and executing client plans for market expansion and relationship building. • Contribute to marketing and branding efforts, including social media, thought leadership, and internal campaigns. • Produce visually engaging marketing collateral, conference materials, and branded content for events. • Support internal communications such as webinars and key meetings. • Share best practices in business development, marketing, and visual storytelling.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field, strong graphic‑design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and excellent written and editing abilities to translate technical content into clear messaging. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaborative ability in a fast‑paced setting, and a self‑motivated, growth‑oriented attitude are also essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. • Demonstrate strong graphic‑design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). • Exhibit excellent written communication and editing abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
