About the Role
The Construction Manager Trainee supports the construction management process by assisting with job scheduling, inspecting sites for safety compliance, completing punch lists, and handling new‑home orientation tasks. This role also ensures site cleanliness, assists with model and inventory maintenance, and helps resolve service‑related issues while participating in meetings and training sessions. Through daily interaction with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners, the trainee gains hands‑on experience that prepares them for future leadership positions in construction management. The role emphasizes zero‑defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules. • Prepare and maintain job schedules. • Enforce safety requirements on job sites. • Complete punch lists and new‑home orientation tasks. • Attend construction meetings and training sessions. • Maintain site cleanliness and support model/inventory upkeep. • Address service‑related issues. • Communicate daily with division staff, subcontractors, partners, and homeowners.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma, preferably a college degree, and construction experience is a plus.
