About the Role
• Attend to guest requests • Report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms • Replace used linens and towels; transport clean and dirty laundry • Maintain work carts and stations for appearance and efficiency • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and OSHA regulations • Clean corridors, landings, stairwells; vacuum, carpet clean, and deep clean assigned areas • Assist management with linen and supply inventory

What You Bring
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience • Basic English communication skills for guest interaction • Ability to work full 8‑hour shifts, walking/standing • Customer service or related experience • Prior houseperson work experience • Hospitality background
