About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role is a floating position across multiple properties, responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet or exceed leasing targets. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Help develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Support the annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and produce weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and uphold the community’s public image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift or move objects up to 25 lb, work overtime, weekends, night shifts, and operate machinery or vehicles as required.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour and includes a comprehensive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commission and performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays.
