About the Role
• Assist the project manager with budget, schedule, and quality control. • Coordinate communication with clients, consultants, and contractors. • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Review, negotiate, and administer vendor contracts. • Maintain project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. • Track expenses and update project budget records. • Organize meetings, prepare presentations, and support project tasks.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field. • Possess 2+ years of project management experience in real estate. • Demonstrate strong organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder‑relationship skills. • Proficient in project‑management software and tools. • Experience managing small‑ to medium‑scale projects from initiation to completion. • Knowledge of real‑estate best practices and construction processes. • Preferred: PMP certification. • Preferred: Experience with commercial real‑estate clients. • Preferred: Familiarity with sustainability and energy‑efficiency practices. • Preferred: Ability to travel for site visits and meetings. • Preferred: Strong problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail.
