About the Role
The role aligns sourcing strategy with category leads for the Electronics & Electrical commodity, managing the end‑to‑end sourcing process to select optimal suppliers based on cost, quality and service. Responsibilities include executing negotiations, overseeing supplier transitions, resolving material shortages, identifying cost‑out opportunities, ensuring contract compliance, and driving supplier development and performance improvement initiatives. • Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for electronics & electrical components. • Source suppliers that balance price, service, and quality. • Lead supplier transition planning and monitor implementation. • Identify and execute cost‑out initiatives across assigned categories. • Conduct negotiations to secure favorable contracts approved by the Category Manager. • Ensure contract management activities such as agreements, SAP contracts and master data are maintained. • Resolve issues with problem suppliers by defining action plans and timelines. • Select, onboard and develop suppliers while monitoring performance with the supply chain team. • Support production and global strategic supply projects by reviewing key commodities. • Address material shortage situations at plant sites. • Perform due‑diligence, track savings and maintain global cost‑out database. • Analyse spend, category metrics and market risk to influence business strategy. • Conduct supplier market, category and total‑cost‑of‑ownership analyses to identify improvement opportunities.

What You Bring
The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Electrical/Electronics Engineering and have 8‑10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in strategic and tactical sourcing of electrical and electronic components. Required skills include MS Office/Power BI, strong communication in English, and the ability to analyse data, prepare reports and manage timelines; additional language skills are a plus. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 8‑10 years of experience, including 4 years in electrical component procurement. • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and project tools; communicate clearly in English; additional languages (German, French, Czech, Polish, Spanish) are a plus.
