About the Role
The Laborer role involves safely and efficiently performing general labor duties at a hauling company, transfer station, recycling center, or landfill. Responsibilities include yard clean‑up, fueling vehicles and equipment, operating site vehicles, and maintaining the office environment. • Clean up work areas. • Clean track‑on‑track type and related equipment. • Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pick‑up. • Operate site vehicles and equipment (water trucks, pickup trucks, sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment). • Perform general office maintenance and repairs, such as painting and janitorial tasks. • Install temporary wind fences as required. • Direct site traffic as needed.
