About the Role

Analysts regularly use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality‑check deliverables for clients. They contribute to site planning, urban and landscape design, as well as graphic and technical production, working on projects such as land planning, urban design, mixed‑use residential developments, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure, parks, and other community facilities. They solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize clients’ visions for the built environment. Analysts also develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and the firm’s and clients’ standards. • Use technical software to analyze, produce, and QC client deliverables. • Contribute to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic production. • Work on diverse projects such as land planning, urban redevelopment, mixed‑use residential, streetscapes, parks, and community facilities. • Solve complex problems and collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams. • Learn and apply software including Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and firm/client standards.

What You Bring

Analysts will learn one or more software programs, including Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel. Candidates must be in the process of earning a Landscape Architecture degree (bachelor’s or master’s). • Pursuing a Landscape Architecture degree (bachelor’s or master’s) is required.
