About the Role
You will join the Human Factors team within our railways division, where you will optimise human well‑being and overall system performance of predominantly railway projects, while also contributing to work in nuclear, aviation and the public realm. What You Bring
Based in Croydon, the graduate role is available to candidates who have already graduated and can start immediately. We are looking for curious, motivated graduates with less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements) and a bachelor’s degree earned in 2024 or later in ergonomics, psychology, human factors or a related discipline.
