About the Role
The Sales Manager will devise and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and market‑share goals, while closely monitoring market intelligence and maintaining a prioritized target‑customer list. They will prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports, manage a book of business, and ensure full CRM adoption and pipeline alignment with budget. • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews for critical accounts. • Collaborate with pricing, operations, and finance teams to optimize service delivery. • Identify and add new customers while focusing on DSO and collections. • Network with internal business units to uncover fresh opportunities. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Present services, address client concerns, and prepare regular sales performance reports.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires at least six years of freight‑forwarding sales experience, a proven track record, and a bachelor’s or MBA degree. The candidate must possess strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication in English, Hindi and regional languages, and the ability to travel regularly within the assigned region. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, target orientation and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
