About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck and delivers prompt, courteous waste removal services. The role includes ensuring the vehicle meets the company's safety standards, complying with all company, state, and federal regulations, and completing daily vehicle condition reports. Perform comprehensive pre‑ and post‑operation inspections to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are functional. Operate the truck on the assigned route, load and compact refuse, and dispose of material at the designated facility while following safety policies. Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers to ensure timely and professional service. Identify and tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for violations, clean accidental spills, and maintain vehicle readiness to minimize downtime. Complete required route, productivity sheets, VCRs, and other reports, adhering to productivity standards and safety procedures. Actively participate in the company's ReSOP program and perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
