About the Role

• Lead technical resource on assigned projects and direct apprentices and journeymen. • Report job status, performance, and control costs. • Develop and maintain relationships with peers, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors. • Ensure PPE use, safe behavior, and vehicle safety for all employees. • Enforce installation policies, project tracking, safety, time, and attendance compliance. • Oversee third‑party resources as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma/GED or trade program; college degree preferred. • 5+ years in commercial building construction or related trade. • Knowledge of construction principles, labor efficiency, and ability to organize tasks. • Strong judgment for work assignments, clear instruction, and ability to manage labor hours and change orders. • Commitment to safety policies, punctuality, dependability, and ability to work with minimal supervision. • Proficient with computer tools (email, Word, project planning software).
