About the Role
The Risk Analyst provides administration, guidance and oversight for risk‑management processes, supporting insurance procurement, data collection and analysis, COI compliance, invoice processing, policy review and responding to internal inquiries. The role emphasizes collaboration, professionalism and consistent personal interactions to add value for customers, investors and associates. Key responsibilities include supporting corporate insurance placements and renewals, managing third‑party policy placements, providing COI support for construction and procurement, maintaining policy records and quarterly reporting, and reviewing contracts for insurance requirements. The analyst also handles non‑essential tasks as assigned by the manager. • Support corporate insurance placements and renewals, including data collection, underwriter meetings, applications, and invoice payments. • Manage placement and renewal of third‑party insurance policies for condo associations, joint ventures, landowner associations, etc., through budgeting and allocation phases. • Provide COI support for construction, development, retail and procurement, reviewing compliance, granting exceptions, and maintaining COI requests. • Maintain and update policy records in Origami, including quarterly reporting of policy registers and location listings. • Review contracts for insurance/indemnification requirements and propose alternative language as needed.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications consist of a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1‑2 years of relevant experience in insurance, risk management, accounting, legal, residential services or construction management. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, judgment, problem‑solving, multitasking, advanced Excel capabilities and a team‑oriented, growth‑focused mindset. • 1‑2 years of experience in insurance, risk management, accounting, legal, residential services, or construction management. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; no certifications required. • Strong communication, judgment, discretion and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle work‑related stress. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and proficiency with Word and PowerPoint. • Team player with customer service and presentation skills.
