About the Role
• Conduct site surveys and analyses, applying innovative processes. • Produce and oversee technical reports, drawings, and documentation for all project stages. • Engage with clients, respond to requirements, and nurture relationships. • Lead conference calls, meetings, and workshops with clear communication. • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous growth. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project delivery. • Manage contractual, financial, and programme aspects of projects. • Apply AECOM procedures and ensure compliance on projects. • Prepare Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs, TVIAs) and evidence‑base documents. • Manage project budgets, financial control, and reporting. • Access industry‑leading technology and transformational projects.

What You Bring
We are seeking an Associate Director Landscape Planner to join our UK&I Landscape Architecture team, one of the largest and most diverse practices in the region. The role will lead landscape planning on regional and global projects, including regeneration, energy transition, and major infrastructure schemes, shaping design from early stages to deliver net‑zero and social benefits. Candidates should have expertise in energy‑transition planning and a collaborative, innovative mindset. • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the UK planning system for landscape architecture. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, ArcGIS, Revit, and related software. • Hold a Landscape Institute‑accredited degree (BSc, Diploma, or MSc) and be a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute. • Possess a full UK driving licence.
