About the Role

• Prepare concept, design development, permit, and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, AGI Lighting, and power‑study software (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP). • Verify that designs comply with local codes and apply appropriate code provisions. • Meet with clients to coordinate technical and engineering requirements. • Perform field inspections, measurements, calculations, and document findings. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver coordinated designs. • Act as Engineer of Record (EOR) by conducting peer reviews, QA/QC, and coordinating with supervisors or department leaders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. • Minimum of 8 + years experience designing building electrical systems. • Licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio. • Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards. • Advanced proficiency with Revit, AGI Lighting, and power‑study software (preferred). • Experience with switchgear, transformers, panelboards, generators, grounding, and related equipment. • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed. • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job‑related communications.
