About the Role
You will develop, curate, and maintain strategic messaging content supporting USCYBERCOM Chief AI priorities, translating complex technical, operational, and policy concepts into clear, audience‑appropriate messaging. Collaboration with subject‑matter experts will guarantee content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with command objectives, while maintaining a consistent tone, structure, and visual standard. You will also establish and enforce content governance standards, manage version control, lifecycle, archival processes, and organize documents, folders, and shared drives for knowledge preservation and accessibility. • Develop, curate, and maintain strategic messaging content in Confluence supporting USCYBERCOM Chief AI priorities. • Translate complex technical, operational, and policy concepts into clear, audience‑appropriate documentation. • Partner with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with command objectives. • Enforce content governance standards, including version control, lifecycle management, and archival processes. • Organize documents, folders, and shared drives to preserve knowledge and ensure accessibility. • Implement and administer enterprise‑wide document management systems for capture, storage, retrieval, and disposition of electronic records.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking a talented Document Management Specialist to develop, organize, and maintain content within Confluence. The role ensures authoritative information, messaging, and documentation are clearly communicated, consistently structured, and easily accessible to internal team members and approved external visitors through a centralized landing page. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or an Associate’s with extensive experience) in Business Administration or a related field, and has at least three years of relevant experience (seven years for an Associate’s). Required skills include strong written communication, technical proficiency with Confluence, understanding of information architecture, documentation best practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, mission‑focused environment. An active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory for this position, which is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions team that delivers resources to U.S. government customers across defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.
