About the Role

The Project Administrator will handle all administrative aspects of projects, including proposal preparation, project registration, invoicing setup, and documentation management. They will utilize ECS systems to coordinate resources, maintain schedules, and monitor budgets while facilitating internal communications and mentoring junior staff. Participation in senior staff meetings, resolution of administrative issues, and consistent communication with clients and external team members are also key responsibilities. • Manage project administrative tasks such as proposals, registration, invoicing setup, and documentation. • Utilize ECS systems to coordinate resources, maintain schedules, and track budgets. • Facilitate internal communications and mentor junior staff across multiple projects. • Attend senior staff meetings and assist in resolving administrative issues. • Assist in budget management, invoice preparation, and collection efforts. • Prioritize daily tasks in consultation with supervisor to meet project deadlines. • Provide project and contract management support. • Host or attend client project discussions and follow up on reports.

What You Bring

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred, and at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills, basic project management and contract administration abilities, and be proficient with MS Office. Dependability, self‑motivation, attention to detail, multitasking capability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. • Communicate consistently with clients and external team members. • Hold a high school diploma/GED; bachelor's degree in Business preferred. • Bring at least two years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license when required. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic decision‑making. • Work effectively both independently and within teams.
