About the Role
ABM supports the client’s campus through comprehensive management of business operations, including upgrades, maintenance, and campus‑wide technical services. Key responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets, collaborating with facilities and administrative teams, identifying process improvements, performing data analysis and reporting, and coordinating activities to align with daily campus operations and institutional priorities. • Enforce ABM safety standards on all projects and service work • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets • Collaborate with facilities, administrative teams, and stakeholders • Identify and implement improvements to project management processes • Perform data analysis and generate progress reports; maintain as‑built documentation • Coordinate project activities with daily campus operations and priorities • Read and interpret design drawings • Prepare clear, comprehensive reports • Commit to delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with goals • Lead and implement special projects • Develop program guidelines and manage timelines • Track and evaluate program metrics for impact and goal completion • Recommend process improvements and report issues • Draft communications and prepare leadership summaries • Build relationships with campus and external partners; gather feedback • Provide technical and operational support for daily activities • Conduct research and prepare review reports • Coordinate resources across campus and external partners • Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have experience with electrical and lighting installations and repairs, can read and interpret design drawings, possess knowledge of applicable codes, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, are proficient with project management tools, and are committed to delivering projects on time and within scope. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field and PMP certification. Applicants should have at least six years of comparable project management experience, the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities, excellent planning and time‑management skills, strong interpersonal abilities, sound judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data‑analysis tools. The position is full‑time, benefits‑eligible, and located in Santa Clara, Northern California. • Experience with electrical and lighting installations and repairs • Knowledge of National, State, and local installation codes • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred • PMP certification preferred • Minimum 6 years of comparable project management experience • Excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management skills • Strong interpersonal skills; collaborate at all levels • Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and confidentiality handling • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) • Skilled in analyzing, presenting, and using data throughout project lifecycle

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $90,000‑$125,000, with the final offer contingent on experience, skills, location, and market data. ABM provides a comprehensive benefits package, details of which are available on the ABM 2026 Team Member Benefits site.
