What You Bring

• Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience with a proven record of business development success in water consulting. • Demonstrated self‑starter ability, strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and expertise in A/E/C procurement. • Existing network of local water‑sector clients and experience leading diverse teams. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; professional registration or equivalent technical experience. • Willingness to travel, including overnight trips, and commitment to HDR’s core values and employee‑owned culture.
