About the Role
Key responsibilities include maintaining a deep understanding of fluid, thermal, and mechanical principles for air‑cooled chillers, applying mechanical codes such as UL, CE, PED, and ASME, and generating technical documentation. You will work closely with design and manufacturing teams to develop cost‑effective, high‑performance system layouts, coordinate test programs to validate performance and reliability, and analyze, design, modify, or troubleshoot mechanical sub‑components based on test data. • Design, test, analyze data and manage projects for packaged air‑cooled chillers • Initiate and execute design changes to support manufacturing • Apply mechanical codes (UL, CE, PED, ASME) and create technical documentation • Develop cost‑effective, high‑performance system layouts with design and manufacturing teams • Coordinate and execute test programs for performance and reliability validation • Troubleshoot and modify mechanical sub‑components based on test results

What You Bring
The position requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least four years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in mechanical design, and the ability to process large data sets. Candidates must demonstrate solid knowledge of fluid and thermal principles, product development, project management, and sustaining configurable systems, as well as excellent communication skills for presenting information to engineering teammates, managers, and product management. • Occasional domestic and international travel (<10%) • Require BS in Mechanical Engineering and 4+ years relevant experience • Strong proficiency in mechanical design, fluid and thermal principles, and data analysis • Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
