About the Role

• Perform routine, corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance on community common areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Assist with make‑ready and turn‑over processes to ensure units meet operational standards. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness, perform chemical treatments, and keep accurate logs. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and amenities to identify and correct hazards. • Execute the preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Support the Maintenance Supervisor with hazard communication, safety training, and inventory monitoring. • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance actions, and work‑in‑progress details accurately. • Deliver excellent customer service, enforce community policies, and project a positive community image. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and work overtime, weekends, or night hours as needed. • Maintain reliable transportation to fulfill emergency on‑call responsibilities.
