About the Role
In this role, the consultant will collaborate with the national vertical transportation team to design and engineer elevator and escalator systems for diverse sectors such as aviation, healthcare, education, and commercial offices. The position involves representing the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and other team members while supervising and coordinating project work. • Lead design and engineering of vertical transportation systems across aviation, healthcare, education, and commercial projects. • Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts with architects, contractors, and consultants. • Supervise and assign tasks to the vertical transportation team. • Manage client communications, proposals, and project contracts. • Ensure project financial health and overall economic performance. • Conduct QA/QC reviews of staff deliverables. • Perform system analysis, calculations, and equipment selection. • Promote firm capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and possess 8–12 years of vertical transportation experience, including elevator traffic analysis, design software, and familiarity with relevant codes. Proficiency with PDF tools (Bluebeam/Adobe), Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as project management skills, is required. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. • 8–12 years of vertical transportation experience, including elevator traffic analysis and design software. • Proficiency in Bluebeam or Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, and Word. • Strong knowledge of applicable codes and system selection criteria. • Demonstrated project management expertise.
