About the Role
The role involves leading end‑to‑end service delivery for commissions typically ranging from £1 million to £10 million, and supporting larger projects by managing specific aspects of delivery. You will ensure client objectives are met, projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while helping clients transition to Net Zero and become more sustainable. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of construction infrastructure projects (£1 m‑£10 m) in the Defence sector. • Support larger projects by managing specific service‑delivery aspects. • Ensure projects meet client objectives, time, cost and quality targets. • Advise clients on Net Zero transition and sustainable practices. • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including presentations and reports. • Maintain compliance with CDM/site health‑and‑safety regulations under NEC contracts. • Obtain and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) as a sole UK national.

What You Bring
We are seeking Project Managers to join our expanding Bristol Defence Infrastructure business, supporting construction infrastructure projects across the South/South West and nationally. Candidates must be sole UK nationals eligible for UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) due to the sensitive nature of the projects. A minimum of five years’ experience with NEC contracts is required, along with expertise in NEC, JCT or FIDIC contract administration. Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills, self‑motivation, strategic problem‑solving, stakeholder management and knowledge of CDM/site health‑and‑safety in the context of NEC contracts are essential. Candidates should hold a degree in an infrastructure or construction‑related discipline, with chartered membership (ICE, APM, RICS, etc.) preferred. The role may also include SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Apply NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration expertise, NEC accreditation preferred. • Hold a degree in infrastructure or construction; chartered membership (ICE, APM, RICS) preferred. • Possess at least five years’ experience managing NEC contracts. • Work hybrid model with ~60 % on client sites or T&T offices, flexible travel as required.
