About the Role
Interns will support engineering teams on innovative design projects, sharing responsibility for delivering client‑focused solutions. The role emphasizes teamwork, rapid problem‑solving, and collaboration with specialists across the sustainability discipline. • Assist specialists with IES‑VE building energy modeling. • Prepare energy efficiency measure analyses. • Support Net Zero Energy/Carbon road‑mapping efforts. • Conduct renewable energy analysis and beneficial electrification consulting. • Attend lunch‑and‑learn sessions in the intern education program.

What You Bring
• Pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a sustainability focus; completed at least two years of study. • Prior engineering internship or co‑op experience preferred. • Familiarity with MEP AutoCAD and Revit is a plus. • Basic knowledge of design/calculation software, MS Office; IES‑VE modeling experience a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed. • Hands‑on experience through site visits and project work.
