About the Role
Property managers are responsible for overseeing multiple locations, providing customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of storage facilities. • Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing or moving supplies • Perform daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminder and collection calls • Conduct cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal • Lift or move items weighing up to 35 lb and navigate stairs and large doors • Spend up to 50 % of the workday outdoors, including ground maintenance • Follow a flexible schedule typically from 9:30 am to 6 pm, with weekend coverage until 5 pm
