About the Role
A Fabricator examines customer specifications using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine material characteristics and machine setup. The role involves fabricating work pieces, retrieving correct materials, performing various fabrication duties, inspecting pieces with visual checks, tape rules, calipers, or gauges, packaging items for shipping, installing protective devices, and following safety policies. • Examine specs, drawings, and blueprints to set up materials and machines. • Fabricate work pieces according to order specifications. • Retrieve and handle correct materials for fabrication tasks. • Inspect finished pieces using visual checks, measurement tools, and gauges. • Package and protect items for safe shipping. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
Typically 0‑2 years of experience is required. Preferred qualifications include experience reading blueprints or work orders, knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency. • Require 0‑2 years of experience; blueprint reading and construction product knowledge preferred. • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
