About the Role
• Collate and analyze environmental data using standardized tools. • Lead and supervise waste management projects, ensuring regulatory compliance. • Manage projects within established plans to meet defined goals. • Support senior staff in client relationship management and sales processes. • Prepare technical correspondence, proposals, reports, work plans, and specifications. • Coordinate and secure project permits. • Interpret and evaluate environmental regulations. • Identify and develop new business opportunities. • Mentor and develop junior staff members. • Participate in a wellness reimbursement program (50% up to $250 annually).

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field and has 3–6 years of consulting experience in remediation, site assessments, report writing, data management, project coordination, and client management.
