About the Role

Key responsibilities include planning, designing, and implementing scalable LAN, WAN, and cloud‑based network solutions, and maintaining accurate network diagrams and documentation. You will monitor performance, resolve issues, perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes on routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems, and participate in on‑call level‑three support. Security duties involve enforcing network security policies, managing firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems, and collaborating with cybersecurity teams for compliance. You will lead network projects, migrations, and integrations, mentor junior engineers, and evaluate new technologies and vendors to align solutions with business goals. • Design and implement scalable LAN, WAN, and cloud network solutions. • Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and standards. • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform upgrades and patches on routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. • Provide level‑3 on‑call support for critical network incidents. • Enforce network security policies, manage firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. • Lead network projects, migrations, and integrations while mentoring junior engineers. • Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies, tools, and vendors aligned with business objectives.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our global enterprise network infrastructure. The role requires deep technical expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to lead complex projects that ensure reliability, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with strong communication skills and a passion for optimizing network performance. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and at least five years of network engineering experience. Expertise is needed in routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, Arista), firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA), wireless and VPN technologies, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SD‑WAN. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, as well as experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nagios, is essential. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities are required, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 5+ years of network engineering experience. • Expertise in Cisco/Juniper/Arista routing and switching, Palo Alto/Fortinet/Cisco ASA firewalls, wireless, VPN, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SD‑WAN. • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, DHCP and experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Nagios. • Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills in fast‑paced environments.
