About the Role
The In‑House Marketing Specialist role at Hilton Grand Vacations focuses on pre‑qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for sales presentations at our resorts. As the first point of contact, you will act as a positive, professional brand ambassador and provide concierge‑style local information to enhance the guest experience. You will collaborate closely with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests, greet and present prospective customers, and incentivize them to attend a sales preview tour. Your responsibilities also include screening and qualifying leads based on company guidelines, scheduling sales‑tour reservations, and collecting the required deposits. • Represent Hilton Grand Vacations as a professional brand ambassador. • Provide concierge‑style local information to guests. • Work with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets of incoming guests. • Greet and motivate prospective customers to attend sales preview tours. • Screen and qualify leads according to company guidelines. • Schedule sales‑tour reservations and collect deposits. • Attend training sessions and departmental meetings to stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.

Benefits
Compensation consists of $20 an hour plus commission during a three‑week training period, followed by $12.77 hourly plus uncapped commission. The role offers strong earning potential, with average representatives earning $70,000 annually and top performers reaching $100,000 or more.
