About the Role

In this role you will operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers. Your duties will involve safe equipment operation, routine inspections and preventive maintenance, moving raw materials, adhering to standard operating procedures, and completing additional tasks as assigned. • Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, scrapers, front‑end loaders) in compliance with safety policies • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, maintaining accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles • Work independently while taking accountability for safety guidelines

What You Bring

Applicants must have at least three years of heavy‑equipment operating experience, preferably a 1A or 1B hoisting license, be 18 years or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the job. Successful candidates will also pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical, and will thrive when working independently, communicating effectively, and solving problems. • Minimum 3 years heavy‑equipment operating experience • Preferred MA 1A or 1B hoisting license • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States • Ability to meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination • Strong communication skills to support colleagues • Problem‑solving ability while working autonomously • Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions (dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes) • Occasional lifting of objects less than 30 lb • Rare exposure to cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals
