About the Role

The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor for C&W Services, performing a variety of custodial duties in line with the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors and other surfaces using commercial buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs, spot‑cleaning and shampooing as directed, dusting furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, door trim, and light fixtures, as well as cleaning interior glass, windowsills, and walls as needed. Additional tasks involve maintaining bathrooms by cleaning surfaces, restocking paper supplies, servicing soap and toilet paper dispensers, monitoring and reporting defects, collecting building trash, replacing liners, and removing snow from entrances and walkways; periodic work such as high dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing is also required. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high dusting. • Wash interior glass, windowsills, entrance doors, and interior/exterior windows; spot‑clean interior walls as needed. • Clean and restock bathrooms, service soap and toilet paper dispensers, and report defects such as clogged urinals or lights out. • Collect building trash daily, replace liners in waste baskets and containers, and place trash in approved collection areas. • Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances, walkways, and connecting sidewalks as directed. • Perform periodic tasks including leather and wood surface polishing and wall washing.

Benefits
