What You Bring
Candidates should have a relevant four‑year degree or several years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Success relies on project management, new‑business development, customer retention, strong communication, negotiation, and computer proficiency; knowledge of construction equipment and Spanish language skills are a plus. • Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio in a high‑demand market. • 4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of experience, or 3–4 years of related sales experience. • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Minimum age of 21 years. • Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention abilities. • Effective communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient computer skills. • Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment (preferred). • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred in some locations).
