About the Role
• Interact with a diverse set of clients including government agency personnel, public officials, business, and nonprofit staff • Conduct security assessments and develop comprehensive security plans, policies, and procedures, often in collaboration with other team members and clients • Develop presentations and deliver training content at client locations • Synthesize and analyze human-induced threat and natural hazard data • Work with the various law enforcement and regulatory agencies as required • Exercise Planning and Execution Oversight • Work closely with government emergency management, law enforcement and security agencies

What You Bring
• Ability to travel periodically to meet client and project needs • Security Training • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in security or emergency management, systems engineering, international relations, homeland security or other applicable field • The ability to occasionally walk and/or stand for extended periods of time, often in outdoor environments • Certifications such as Certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) via ASIS International, CPTED, other related areas are a plus. • Familiarity with electronic security system platforms/technologies (video, access controls, etc.) • Seven (7) or more years of related/relevant experience • US Citizen, with current driver’s license and ability to travel by air, bus, train, etc. • Knowledge of BPATS, ISC, and FEMA assessment methodologies helpful. • Excellent technical writing skills • Travel throughout the U.S. (travel estimated at 15-25% of the year) • Master’s degree is a plus • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team to support business objectives • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills • Proficiency with standard MS Office tools, laptop computers, and/or related tools • Knowledge of various security requirements for various sectors of critical infrastructure are valued. • Ability to pass multiple detailed background checks (including criminal history) and drug screening • Bi-or multi-lingual skills are a plus • Basic business acumen and the ability to understand and support client relationships • Ability to work in commercial and industrial settings and follow strict safety protocols • ICS and other Emergency Management Training
