About the Role
The analyst will lead procurement efforts, ensure compliance with company and federal policies, and work with internal teams to streamline processes. • Manage procurement activities, enter requisitions in Costpoint, and process P‑Card purchases under $10,000. • Oversee purchase order lifecycle, coordinate vendor quotes, delivery timelines, and ensure on‑time receipt of materials. • Prepare receiving reports, obtain signatures, and maintain proper documentation in Costpoint. • Collaborate with TDL Leads, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical procurement issues. • Ensure compliance with Parsons policies, FAR/DFAR, and other federal acquisition regulations. • Create long‑term or master agreements with OEMs to improve procurement efficiency.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of logistics experience, knowledge of federal contracting principles, and proficiency with Costpoint or similar ERP systems. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though additional experience may substitute. The position requires US citizenship, no security clearance, and strong organizational and communication abilities. Desired skills include policy research, relationship building, and effective record‑keeping. • Minimum 5 years logistics experience; knowledge of federal contracting principles (FAR/DFAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Review. • Proficiency with Costpoint or similar ERP, P‑Card transactions, Microsoft Office, and modern office practices. • Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects. • US citizenship required; no security clearance needed. • Desired: ability to research and improve procurement policies, build effective relationships, and maintain robust filing and tracking systems.
