About the Role
The Leasing Consultant drives resident acquisition by delivering customized tours, recommending floor plans, and highlighting local amenities. Weekend (Saturday) availability is required to capture peak prospect traffic. The role blends exceptional customer service, community‑building, and proactive follow‑up to keep prospects engaged. • Conduct personalized tours and match prospects with suitable floor plans. • Follow up leads with tailored updates on floor plans, local amenities, and community events. • Maintain Saturday availability to accommodate high‑traffic prospect visits. • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster community engagement. • Execute leasing sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns and social media outreach. • Utilize property management software and Microsoft Office to manage leasing operations. • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.

What You Bring
Success in the position relies on strong sales and marketing instincts, creative outreach, and effective use of social media to generate excitement for the community. The consultant must independently manage leads, coordinate updates on floor plans and neighborhood attractions, and collaborate with the leasing team. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience (preferably in real‑estate), strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with property‑management software and Microsoft Office, knowledge of fair‑housing regulations, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Hold a high school diploma/GED and 1–2 years leasing or customer‑service experience. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
