About the Role

The FIN Team leader maintains safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Clean Energy Center, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards. This role oversees all Fix‑It‑Now activities and ensures they align with Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations. • Manage FIN team staffing, including hiring, development, compensation, performance evaluation, and training certification compliance. • Ensure FIN activities are performed safely and in compliance with CEC procedures and NRC regulations. • Support CEC operations by maintaining schedule integrity and handling emergent and priority work, including Main Control Room deficiencies. • Plan and execute FIN activities during online, forced outages, refuel outages, and unplanned power reductions. • Guarantee timely maintenance by qualified personnel using approved procedures and work practices. • Enforce safety policies and administrative/technical procedures during maintenance and repair. • Oversee simple troubleshooting and act as liaison between Maintenance and Engineering for complex issues. • Own and control the New Work Screening Committee. • Maintain a low CEC Work Request backlog by processing emergent equipment issues through the minor maintenance process. • Perform additional duties as directed, such as emergency response, department duty coverage, and support for outage activities.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience, including power‑plant and nuclear‑plant exposure. Supervisory or managerial experience and the ability to meet strict access and medical requirements are also required. Preferred candidates have maintenance‑discipline leadership experience and a Senior Reactor Operator license.
