About the Role
• Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrival, orientation, and departure at any time of day. • Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality. • Proactively address guest needs and answer questions. • Share knowledge of office services, spaces, and amenities to help guests feel welcomed and productive. • Collaborate with team members to communicate guest‑service trends and develop best‑practice, streamlined processes. • Multi‑task at a fast pace while maintaining an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Track all visitors, including vendors, employees, and guests. • Manage parking and vehicle logs and records. • Coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors. • Welcome event guests and assist with printing visitor badges. • Assist with tracking employee on‑boarding and off‑boarding processes. • Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail as required. • Support the annual management plan by achieving key performance indicators. • Perform ad hoc facilities assignments as needed.

Benefits
The role is located on‑site in Kirkland, WA and offers an estimated annual compensation of $45,800‑$52,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid parental leave, paid time off, company holidays and early access to earned wages.
