About the Role

• Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors and other surfaces. • Operate light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean daily and shampoo as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces, including periodic high dusting. • Wash interior windowsills, glass on doors, partitions, and specified windows. • Spot‑clean interior walls and wash glass and trim at entrance doors. • Clean and restock bathrooms daily, including wiping glass, emptying waste baskets, servicing dispensers, dusting sills, cleaning tile walls, shelves, partitions, and scrubbing floors. • Monitor for defects such as clogged urinals or non‑functional lights and report them. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and place waste in approved containers for removal. • Sweep or shovel snow from steps, walkways, and connecting sidewalks as directed. • Perform periodic tasks such as high dusting, leather and wood surface polishing, and wall washing. • Use cleaning tools and equipment, including backpack‑style portable vacuums.

Benefits

Compensation for the role is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability coverage, and paid or unpaid time away from work.
