About the Role
The Senior Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations at the Winston‑Salem Distribution Center, overseeing a multi‑shift team of associates and reporting to the Site Director. This role is responsible for executing the order fulfillment strategy, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The position is critical to delivering exceptional service, optimizing material flow, and supporting Liberty’s long‑range business goals. In this capacity, the manager will lead daily operations across three shifts, implement a 1‑3 year fulfillment strategy aligned with evolving B2B and B2C needs, and use data‑driven KPIs to promote accountability. Process efficiency will be advanced through Warehouse Management Systems and the Masco Operating System, while cross‑functional collaboration ensures seamless alignment with inventory control, customer service, IT, HR, and other departments. Compliance with customer requirements and internal standards, as well as support for automation initiatives, are also key responsibilities. • Lead daily operations across three shifts, ensuring service, quality, cost, and safety performance. • Execute 1–3 year order fulfillment strategy aligned with B2B and B2C needs. • Establish and monitor KPIs using data‑driven reporting to drive accountability. • Optimize processes with WMS and MOS tools to reduce waste and improve customer satisfaction. • Build and develop a high‑performing multi‑shift team and talent pipeline. • Collaborate with Inventory Control, Customer Service, IT, HR, and other functions. • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, inventory accuracy, and cycle count certification. • Support automation initiatives and technology enhancements for scalability. • Model Liberty’s values and foster an empowerment‑focused culture.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and bring at least eight years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution. They must demonstrate the ability to lead complex initiatives, develop standard operating procedures, and navigate fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic planning skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum 8 years progressive leadership in logistics, warehousing or distribution, managing multi‑shift teams. • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, drive change and deliver results in fast‑paced environments. • Experience developing and implementing SOPs; familiarity with warehouse automation preferred. • Strong interpersonal and senior‑level relationship‑building skills. • Analytical problem‑solver with strategic planning capabilities and comfort with ambiguity. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
