About the Role
Our Cookstown, Ontario branch is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead excellence in modular rental space and fleet operations. This onsite role reports to the Construction Manager and is responsible for supervising the rental fleet servicing program, facilities management, construction works, and third‑party contractor management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Operations Manager will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors from project initiation through client acceptance, coordinating production timelines, budgets, and work‑in‑progress reports. They will also oversee client site installation, dispatching, transportation, and conduct safety inspections to maintain compliance and project efficiency. • Lead construction, installation, dismantling, repair, and renovation projects from estimation to client acceptance • Support estimating for site, retrofitting, and service work • Coordinate customer support and service call resolution • Align manufacturing production timelines with project schedules • Create and monitor budgets, schedules, and work‑in‑progress reports • Maintain modular building fleet and yards, including servicing, inspections, winterization, repairs, and modifications • Ensure projects and service work are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget • Oversee client site installation, construction support, dispatch, and transportation coordination • Conduct safety inspections and observations • Liaise with contract administration on service chargebacks and billing

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have a post‑secondary education in a related field (preferred) and at least five years of experience in equipment servicing, construction, or project‑based roles with budgetary responsibility. Strong leadership, a strategic mindset, knowledge of Ontario building codes for relocatable structures, and experience with Oracle are valuable, while unionized environment and modular industry experience are considered assets.
