About the Role

The Travel Policy Manager is responsible for managing the company travel policy and arranging travel for organizational travelers to support business objectives. The role is onsite at one of MasTec Renewables' offices in Fargo, ND; Indianapolis, IN; Clinton, IN; or Phoenix, AZ. • Update and implement company travel policies and standards • Ensure consistent, efficient travel arrangements aligned with profit goals • Provide high‑level customer service to internal and external travelers • Coordinate business travel for all operating units and client travelers • Resolve travel or accommodation issues using company protocols • Research and negotiate travel deals to secure best quality‑price balance • Process travel documents, verify itineraries, coordinate payments, and complete legal forms • Arrange accommodations for business visitors • Partner with MasTec to enforce the Corporate Travel Policy • Accurate processing of bills and receipts
