About the Role
As a Field Specialist III you will be the on‑site fluid management expert, conducting technical analysis, supervising fluid mixing and pumping, and maintaining fluid properties to meet operational goals. You will keep customers and internal coordinators informed with timely rig‑site updates, manage inventory, and support sales through field calls or by accompanying sales representatives, all while ensuring compliance with HSE policies and legal requirements. • Manage fluid properties on site through testing and analysis • Supervise fluid mixing and pumping to meet technical standards • Provide rig‑site updates and solutions to customers and coordinators • Maintain inventory and ensure material availability at the rig • Support sales by making field calls or accompanying sales representatives • Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and legal requirements

What You Bring
