About the Role
The role involves simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components, using bolts, screws, clips, and other fastening devices. Work is performed under close supervision and may be guided by models, samples, or simple diagrams. Additional duties include picking, packing, and pulling orders efficiently and accurately, as well as troubleshooting and resolving problems as they arise. The position requires keeping work areas clean and safe while supporting all facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives. The work environment may expose employees to oils, lubricants, and solvents. Candidates must be able to stand continuously during their shift, perform fine hand manipulation, and wear required personal protective equipment. Only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Reno, NV are considered, except active‑duty military members. • Perform repetitive bench assembly using bolts, screws, clips, and other fasteners. • Pick, pack, and pull orders with efficiency and accuracy. • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or order issues promptly. • Maintain clean and safe work areas. • Support Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives. • Stand continuously during the working shift.
