About the Role

• Provide daily IT support to the office while shadowing IT analysts. • Collaborate with local and regional IT teams to deliver support services for a national engineering firm. • Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for internal clients. • Maintain strong communication and a customer‑service oriented attitude. • Install and support Windows Server 2016 and enterprise applications. • Set up printers, copiers, plotters, and other office equipment.

What You Bring

• Pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field. • Demonstrate prior experience in customer service. • Configure, troubleshoot, and support Windows 10 PCs. • Show high aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies. • Efficiently solve problems and clearly explain solutions. • Preferred: experience with CAD/engineering applications and certifications such as MCP, A+, Network+, or CCNA. • Preferred: configure and use mobile devices like iPads and smartphones. • Preferred: knowledge of Office 365, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
