About the Role

The Administrative Assistant provides world‑class support to the leadership team, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts according to each leader’s preferences. The role oversees coordination of both in‑person and virtual meetings, ranging from small team gatherings to large global events, and handles all related logistics such as venue setup, technology readiness, and event execution. This also encompasses planning visits for senior management and customers, as well as covering for other assistants when necessary. Domestic and international travel arrangements are organized, including itinerary creation, visa and passport processing, seat selection, and meal preferences. The assistant collaborates with leaders to develop and edit meeting and event materials using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and other project tools. Support for strategic initiatives—such as profit planning, organizational capability assessments, and special projects—is provided, along with confidential administrative assistance and coordination of monthly reports that involve data collection, formatting, preliminary analysis, and recommendation drafting. Executive communications are managed through call handling, email response, and stakeholder interfacing. • Manage executive calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts. • Coordinate in‑person and virtual meetings, including large global events and visitor logistics. • Plan and execute travel arrangements, visas, itineraries, and related preferences. • Prepare and edit meeting/event materials using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams. • Support strategic initiatives, profit planning, and special projects with data analysis and reporting. • Handle executive communications, calls, emails, and stakeholder interactions. • Provide confidential administrative assistance and compile monthly reports.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, at least four years of administrative experience, and one year of proficiency with Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Southfield, MI (unless active‑duty military) and possess strong organizational, time‑management, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills; a Bachelor’s degree and prior executive‑level support experience are preferred. • Require at least four years of administrative experience and proficiency in Office 365. • High School Diploma (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Residency within 50 mi of Southfield, MI (military exemption) and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
