About the Role
• Lead meetings and projects with direct client interaction. • Lead development of high-impact, program-wide marketing initiatives • Present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership/clients. • Oversee execution of multiple marketing campaigns from concept to completion • Serve as a key liaison between marketing and executive leadership teams • Oversee and mentor managers and senior coordinators, fostering team growth and performance • Provide guidance and feedback to coordinators and junior staff • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with program goals • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and brand identity • Lead market research efforts to inform campaign strategy and positioning. • Manage large budgets and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects/programs • Direct vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support campaign execution. • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned projects • Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. • Develop and oversee integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills • Must be results driven with expertise in continuous improvement methods • Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a productive work team • 7+ years of professional experience
