About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor at Landon Park is responsible for delivering high‑quality maintenance support and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role handles move‑in preparations, service requests, and personal attention to residents while supporting Cushman & Wakefield's commitment to superior customer service. Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping; completing resident service requests promptly; and maintaining grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks. The supervisor also performs on‑call emergency procedures, reports budget‑impacting maintenance issues, schedules preventative maintenance, and stays informed on state, local, and federal housing codes. • Prepare market‑ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, housekeeping). • Complete resident service requests quickly and efficiently. • Maintain and clean grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks. • Perform on‑call emergency procedures as needed. • Report maintenance issues that affect budget, safety, or property condition. • Schedule and record preventative maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with housing laws, codes, and company policies. • Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, and certifications such as EPA 608 Type II or a CPO where required. A valid driver’s license, knowledge of safe cleaning agent use, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations are also essential. The role operates in a professional office environment but often requires travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders or stairs, and lifting up to 100 pounds, with up to 10 % travel time. • Require 3+ years of maintenance experience and EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification. • Must hold a valid driver’s license and possess basic math calculation skills.
