About the Role
The role is for a qualified Valuer to join JLL's Value and Risk Advisory team, delivering world‑class valuation services to a prestigious client base in Sydney, NSW (reference REQ482957). You will lead client relationships, ensure valuation quality, mentor junior staff, grow the business, and meet personal budget targets. • Secure new appointments and exceed client expectations through exceptional service delivery. • Ensure valuations meet IVS/API/IFRS standards with thorough market analysis and robust justifications. • Mentor junior staff while leading key valuation assignments. • Prospect new clients, pursue bank panel appointments, and cross‑sell JLL services. • Meet personal budget goals while delivering cost‑effective solutions.

What You Bring
